This bright studio in a well-maintained complex is a quiet retreat for two guests who prefer a simple and relaxed atmosphere. ✓ Entire studio with its own kitchen and private bathroom ✓ Terrace with seating and a view of the garden ✓ Shared outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas ✓ Grill area on the property ✓ Free private parking right on site The studio sleeps two adults and is furnished with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself; a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and electric kettle are all provided. The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer, and a satellite TV provides entertainment on quiet evenings. Outside, the terrace invites you to relax, and the barbecue area is perfect for shared meals outdoors. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas; guests may use it when the season permits. Please note that the outdoor pools are closed from mid-October through early May. The property is located in Slatine, a quiet coastal village. Plaža Guje Beach is about 500 meters away, with a section of the beach just 200 meters away. About 300 meters away, you’ll find a supermarket and the Plaza Restaurant on the beach. Trogir is about eight kilometers away, and Split Airport is approximately ten kilometers away. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking, and parties or events are prohibited.
