Welcome to our wonderful new three-story house. The vacation home is quietly situated between the towns of Bar and Ulcinj. Bar charms visitors with its historic old town, which is well worth seeing, as well as its harbor with an adjacent beach promenade. Ulcinj, with its 13-kilometer-long sandy beach, is the perfect place to spend a lovely day at the beach. The local beach at Kunje is also just a few minutes’ drive away. The very popular pebble beach is just a 15-minute walk away.

Outside, the pool, the lounge area surrounded by greenery, and the garden invite you to relax, while the glass railing on the terrace offers views of the coast and mountains. One pet is allowed. An airport shuttle is available upon request for a fee; Split Airport is approximately 30 to 32 kilometers away. Rogoznica is located on the Dalmatian coast in the Šibenik-Knin County. The nearest beach, Stupin Čeline, is about 2.6 kilometers away, and restaurants are about 2.7 to 2.8 kilometers away.
