Calle Risco Blanco is named after the white cliff, which is what risco blanco means, and it runs back from the beach road into the town rather than along the front.
Costa Calma lies at the neck of the Jandía peninsula in southern Fuerteventura, about an hour from the airport at Puerto del Rosario and twenty minutes from Morro Jable.
