It spans two floors and is not wheelchair accessible. The bedroom, bathroom, and toilet are located on the upper floor and are accessible only via a staircase. Due to the building’s original construction, some doorways are lower than is standard today. Note for families with small children: Babies and toddlers are very welcome. However, no baby or toddler equipment (e.g., crib, changing table) is provided. You must bring any necessary equipment with you. Additionally, the staircase does not have a safety gate for toddlers. Enjoying the outdoors: The terrace and the view of the surrounding greenery are perfect for breakfast, relaxing, or a cozy barbecue evening. Hydrangeas, lavender, and flower boxes enhance the cozy, rural atmosphere. Nature & Attractions: Halenbach is located in the Southern Eifel, surrounded by forests, rolling hills, and numerous hiking and biking trails. Belgium and Luxembourg are also nearby and make wonderful destinations for a day trip. This makes the Eifel Refugium an ideal starting point for discovering the Eifel and the Three-Country Corner—and at the same time, a place where you can simply do nothing. 🌿

So Everyone Can Feel at Home 🌿 We want you to be able to enjoy your getaway at the Eifel Refugium in peace and quiet. Therefore, we ask that you keep a few things in mind: • The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be traveling with the group during the stay. • Our vacation home is a place to relax—parties and events are therefore not permitted. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. • Please list all guests traveling with you when booking. • Access to the animal areas, as well as feeding or interacting with our animals, is permitted only by prior arrangement. Please feel free to contact me regarding this. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. Guest fee: A guest fee of 1 € per person per day is charged for guests aged 18 and older. The day of arrival and the day of departure each count as one day. The guest fee is not included in the room rate and must be paid on-site. Early Departure: In the event of a voluntary early departure, there will be no refund for unused nights.
