BioLand Restaurant

BioLand's restaurant sits below a small group of pine villas at Bostan, where the hillside levels out beside a lake. The property began as family land with grazing, an orchard and water at the bottom of the slope. One private house gradually became eight as friends and their friends came to stay. The restaurant was the last building added, opening in September 2026.

A wood oven forms part of the dining room, which opens towards a garden terrace. A long window looks onto the lake, and outdoor meals gather around a shared table. The surrounding pine trees and the footpath along the water give the property its quiet countryside setting.

The kitchen works with vegetables from its garden, lamb from a neighbouring valley, and honey and cheese from villages below the fortress. Bread is baked on site. Cooking follows the falling heat of the brick oven, while an open grill handles chops, flatbread and vegetables. The short menu changes weekly rather than following a fixed selection throughout the year.

Seasonal examples include ajvar with young cheese, nettle and potato soup, roasted peppers, spinach pite, slowly cooked lamb and beans from the oven. These illustrate the kitchen's approach rather than a guaranteed list of dishes. Guests with allergies or particular food requirements can discuss them when booking. Parking is available under the pines beyond the restaurant, and the team takes enquiries by phone or email.
