L.A Restaurant

L.A Restaurant brings Anthony Lazzaro's cooking to Rue Barthélémy de Don, in the streets near Sanary's harbor. Anthony and Nadège welcome guests into a small restaurant with an indoor dining room and an enclosed courtyard terrace. The setting offers a sheltered place to eat while remaining in the town center. The kitchen draws on Provence and Calabria, combining the chef's family background with his training in cooking and pastry. His approach is to preserve the character of an ingredient while exploring unexpected combinations of flavors. A deliberately compact menu gives seasonal produce the central role. Preparations are made on the premises, extending from the small bites that begin a meal to the bread and the sweets that finish it. Guests can also choose a carte blanche experience, letting the chef determine the succession of dishes. That format suits diners who enjoy discovering a meal as it unfolds rather than choosing every course beforehand. The restaurant presents its cooking as a personal expression of a culinary inheritance, with attention given to both savory dishes and pastry. The courtyard and the interior provide different settings for the same intimate style of meal. Reservations can be made directly with the restaurant, including requests for a table for two or a larger party. Small, calm dogs are accepted when kept on a leash and on the floor throughout the meal. Appropriate dress is requested.
