L'Hort

L'Hort is the restaurant of Hort de Fortunyo, a stone farmhouse hotel outside Arnes, among olive trees near Els Ports. Paula C. Loureiro and Manuel Francés bring experience from different countries and kitchens to a menu rooted in Terra Alta. Local produce and vegetables from the property's garden provide the foundation, while the recipes also make room for flavours learned further afield.
