SchillerGarten combines a substantial restaurant with an Elbe-side beer garden at the Blaues Wunder bridge. Its setting beside Schillerplatz puts the river and the slopes of Loschwitz directly into the experience. The house traces its history to 1730, but today's choice is practical: an indoor à la carte meal, a table on the served terrace, or time in the beer garden during the summer season.

The kitchen focuses on traditional German and Saxon dishes. Its menu includes Saxon sauerbraten with red cabbage and potato dumplings, roast pork, veal schnitzel and trout from Forellenhof Ermisch in Saxon Switzerland.
